The LR 2000!
The LR 2000 was designed for rapid
start magnetic ballast light fixtures,
yet through exhaustive R&D it
is now compatible with rapid start
electronic ballasts and a wide array
of automated lighting controls.
It offers user-friendly operation
and allows for simple installation
by an electrician in 20 – 45
minutes depending on the installation
location chosen. Common installation
locations include:
- at
the electrical panel. Allowing
only building management to control
the dimming level, or
- replacing
an existing on/off switch allowing
users to control the level of
dimming.
The
LR 2000’s unique patented design
enables it to send full power to
the lights at start-up and then
returns the lights to the dimming
levels set throughout the building
automatically. This innovative feature
eliminates the need for users to
manually reset dimming levels after
a power failure. Furthermore, a
new feature of the LR 2000 prevents
lamp outages in colder operating
environments by periodically operating
the fixtures at 100% power output
to maintain suitable lamp temperatures.

of North America, the recognized
authority on lighting, states,
"Improvements
in lighting quality can yield high
dividends for businesses. Gains
in worker productivity may result
by providing corrected light levels,
improved color rendering, and reduced
glare."
